This cleanse was SO great to me. To be honest it didn't even feel like a Cleanse cause I was NEVER EVER hungry. It got me back on the right path of balanced , high fiber eating and I continue to lose weight in addition to the 9 I lost during the 15 days. I'm not sure whey EVERYONE isn't giving it 5 stars. Nice ebook and great solution on combining the right foods together which it seems like we have forgotten how to do. Also love that he points out that you don't have to become a gym rat just obtain up and transport! This is obviously written as a jump run or pushing through when you have hit a plateau, he is not claiming live on 3 smoothies a day forever or this would be a gigantic failure. Read the ebook and just follow along works nice for me!

I love this ebook and this diet. Its not simple only eating smoothies for five days but guy is it worth it! Ive usually been able to lose weight fairly simple but this way kept it off with very tiny effort. At beginning of 2013, i was 176 lbs. After diet I was 145 and only began gaining weight after i found out i was pregnant and im still not back 176lbs. I honestly trust it was this diet.
